Contemporary styled Villas, part of a mini gated community (comprising of 3 villas only), designed as 3 BHK  Villas.

All Villas, have their own private front garden, rear kitchen garden, and a private terrace in the second floor for get together s and moon light dinners.

 

The Design challenge was to create an Exterior which was contemporary, yet attractive to the next Gen, while at the same, being cost sensitive, to keep the selling cost effective.

The space planning is the USP of the project, in planning 3 compact size villas in a 4000 sq.ft plot.

 

TOTAL BUILT UP AREA: 4,000 sq.ft
