A gated community of 46 plots , the client’s brief was to design multiple building typologies based on area and orientation in compliance with Vastu requirements.

The design was developed for a single owner and future provisions for tenant occupation in the first floor.

The design typologies have been designed keeping in mind, the market demands and requirements.
