Project Brief:  Mixed Use Joint Venture Development consisting of a single basement, Commercial (Ground Floor and a mezzanine) with 3 blocks of residential towers of each 26 floors (576 apartments) and an Office tower of 24 floors.

Job Responsibilities:

In house Design - Part of a two-member core Design Team to develop the concept from scratch up to Design Development with local regulation inputs from DP Architects (Vietnam).

 

The Role of the Local Architects was the preparation of drawings fit for Submission to Local Regulatory Authorities such as the, Department of Planning and Architecture, Ho chi Minh City and for preparation of all Drawings for Construction including Structural and MEP.

Ar. Ashok's job profile included coordination with Local Architects (DP Architects) for all MEP Related services, Design queries and to foresee successfully all the submissions to the Local Authorities.
