Low rise Resort with 60 keys + 6 Floating suites + 1 House boat.

The Resort consists of G+2 Floors for the main block (with single loaded corridors) to leverage and ensure that all suites have lake views.

 

 The Resort envisages an open feel with the main lobby and reception overlooking the infinity pool and the lake beyond. Two separate cabanas have been planned on the pool deck to cater to guests for Ayurvedic treatments. A separate indoor SPA and a gymnasium has been designed in the ground floor.

 

 6 floating Deluxe suites have been planned into the lake waters with private balconies at the rear. All suites will be furnished in the local style with modern amenities provided to the best brand standards of International Hotel  operators.

 

A separate All Day Dining facility has been provided along with a Banquet Hall. An Indoor bar has been provided off the Dining block with views of the lake.

    

Built up Area : 50,000 sq.ft (Staff accommodation excluded as it is proposed to be leased out nearby, except for in house accommodation for a few key staff).
